Missed appointments. Since I provide such personal services, no-shows and cancellations impact the business significantly. Your appointment time is reserved for you, and a financial commitment is made for the time, space, utilities and supplies, whether you appear for your appointment or not. Because of this, I ask for a 24-hour notice for canceling or changing your appointments. You will be responsible for appointments missed or for those changed within 24 hours of your appointment.
